Stir all ingredients on ice for 30 seconds. Hawthorne strain into a glass. Express a twist of lemon over it and drop it into the glass.
3oz rye

1 dash angostura bitters

Dry shake 2 oz Rye, 1 oz lemon juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup and egg white without ice. Then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe or rock glass. Pour ½ oz good dry red wine over a barpoon so it floats in the cocktail.

Stir 1.5 oz gin, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth, bar spoon maraschino liqueur, and 2 dashes orange bitters with ice. Strain into a coupe or rock glass and serve with a lemon twist.

Stir equal parts Gin, Sweet Vermouth, and Green Chartreuse, along with a dash of Orange Bitters, with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and serve with a lemon twist and a cocktail cherry.

Shake on ice and strain into an iced glass Shake on ice 2 oz Apple Brandy, ¾ oz lemon juice, and ½ oz real Grenadine. Double strain into a coupe or rock glass. Serve with a lemon twist.
Note: Rose’s grenadine is not grenadine. If you read the label it is corn syrup water with dyes. Real Grenadine is made from pomegranate juice, sugar, and water. You can order real Grenadine online.

Add an orange peel, 1oz simple syrup, three dashes Angostura bitters, and one dash Orange Bitters to a shaker. Muddle it for 30 seconds. Then add 2 oz Brandy. Shake on ice and double strain into rock glass. Serve with a cocktail cherry.

Stir equal parts Rye and Sweet Vermouth, alone with two dashes Angostura bitters, one dash Orange Bitters, and barspoon of cocktail cherry juice with ice. Strain in a coupe or rock glass and serve with a cocktail cherry.

Peel any orange skin you want for the twists before squeezing out the orange juice. Then shake equal parts fresh squeezed orange juice, sweet vermouth, and American Gin with ice. Double strain into an iced coupe glass and serve with an orange twist.
