Paper plane

Shake equal parts Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and serve with a lemon twist.

• 3/4 oz Four Roses Bourbon

• 3/4 oz Aperol

• 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino (I will often use a different Amaro based on what I have in the bar and it is almost always still delicious)

• ¾ oz lemon juice

• Lemon twist
